The Sacral Chakra is the second Chakra and it is the energy center for the vital force or Prana. This energy assists in letting go, accepting change, and transformation.  It also assists in our creativity and intuition.

The 7 chakras (from Sanskrit “wheels or discs”) are the main energy vortices located in the subtle bodies of the human being.

Their task is to receive, accumulate, transform, and distribute energy called Prana. Each of these centers resembles an open flower, and they have their own color and shape according to their vibration.

They represent the 7 spectra of the Light, therefore, together and in their respective order, they form the integrity of the manifestation of the consciousness.
