Rooted in the Infinite Energy Method™, this session is designed to gently restore balance throughout your chakra system — front and back. Each session begins and ends with soothing sound healing to help relax the body and settle the nervous system, creating space for deeper energetic flow. Using tuning forks, subtle vibrational techniques, and sound, I support the release of energetic blockages and encourage movement where there may be overactivity or stagnation. Every session is intuitively guided and responsive to what your energy reveals in the moment. As balance returns, energy flows more freely along your central channel — reconnecting you with clarity, vitality, and inner balance. This experience is deeply calming, offering your system a chance to reset, release, and return to a natural state of harmony. Sessions are usually 60 minutes, though they can naturally vary from 60 to 90 minutes to honour your unique process.
