This session is designed to gently support balance throughout the chakra system, both front and back, creating a sense of ease, coherence, and inner alignment. Each session begins and ends with soothing sound to help the body relax and the nervous system settle, allowing your system to shift into a more receptive state. Using tuning forks, sound, and subtle vibrational techniques, the session supports your body’s natural ability to regulate and restore balance where energy may feel unsettled, depleted, or overstimulated. The process is guided by attentive presence and responsiveness to what your energy expresses in the moment. As balance settles, energy often feels more fluid along the central channel, supporting clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of balance. This experience is deeply calming and supportive, offering space to reset, release tension, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on each person’s needs and process.
