Services & Scope

I understand that sessions offered by ArteZen Vibrational Wellness may include Infinite Energy Method® sessions, chakra alignment, meridian balancing, biofield work, tuning forks, and other energy-based modalities. Sessions are intended to support relaxation, balance, awareness, and general well-being.

I understand that Johanne Pelletier is a Certified Energy Practitioner and is not providing medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or medical advice. These services are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Health Information & Comfort

I agree to share relevant health information, injuries, pregnancy, implanted devices, or other circumstances that may affect how my session is approached. I will communicate any discomfort or concern and understand that I may pause or stop the session at any time.

Voluntary Participation & Responsibility

I understand that ArteZen Vibrational Wellness sessions are gentle and non-invasive and that individual experiences and responses may vary. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept responsibility for my decision to receive these services and for providing relevant information to my practitioner.

I understand that Johanne Pelletier and ArteZen Vibrational Wellness are not responsible for individual responses that may occur during or following my voluntary participation, to the extent permitted by law.

Premises

I agree to use reasonable care while on the premises of ArteZen Vibrational Wellness, including the session space and common areas, and accept responsibility for my personal belongings and my own actions while on the premises.
