I fully understand that Johanne Pelletier, Certified Energy Practitioner in the Infinite Energy Method®, is not a medical doctor nor a licensed medical practitioner of any type. I am not here for any medical diagnostic, procedure, or medical treatment of any kind. No medical claims are being stated. No claims to the cure of any disorder or disease are being stated. All sessions conducted by Johanne Pelletier on behalf of ArteZen Vibrational Wellness are for informational, educational, and energy-balancing purposes only. Any statements made have not been evaluated by Health Canada or any other medical authority. This information is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease.

I may currently be under the care of a licensed healthcare provider. I am not here for treatment, diagnostic procedures, or medical interventions for cancer, serious infection, or other medical conditions for which I may be assessed or treated. I accept full responsibility for my own health conditions and any possible interactions, contraindications, or complications that may occur. I understand that Johanne Pelletier and ArteZen Vibrational Wellness, including their heirs or employees, are fully indemnified from any legal responsibility or association with my health condition, now or in the future.

While on the premises of ArteZen Vibrational Wellness, I accept full responsibility for any personal injuries that may occur. This includes the treatment space and any common areas, stairs, walkways, bathrooms, or other areas where clients may walk or sit.

If part of my session includes tools or assessments such as Biofield analysis or other energy assessment tools, I understand that these are informational only, not medical devices, and are provided for personal insight and education. I agree to follow all guidance responsibly and accept full responsibility for my choices.
