A gentle session for children 12 years and under. Children are sensitive to the energies and environments around them. Little Lights offers a gentle and supportive space where children can relax, reset, and allow their energy to flow more naturally. These sessions are rooted in the Infinite Energy Method® and offered through a mixed-modality approach, thoughtfully adapted for children. Elements of energy balancing, sound, and vibration are woven together in a calm, intuitive way, guided by the child’s comfort and needs in the moment. Sessions are shorter and lighter than adult offerings, creating ease without overwhelm. There is no pressure or expectation, just a nurturing environment where children can feel safe, supported, and more like themselves. A parent or guardian is present throughout, offering a familiar and comforting presence for the child.
